You retain all ownership rights to the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant FrameForge a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Certain features, including MP4 downloads, are available only to premium subscribers. Premium subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except as required by law.

FrameForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
