1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FrameForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FrameForge is an AI-powered video processing platform that automatically generates highlight clips from uploaded videos. The Service analyzes video content using artificial intelligence to identify key moments and create optimized clips for social media and other platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using valid credentials
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant FrameForge a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any content through our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Plans and Payment

FrameForge is prepaid. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You buy a pack of processing minutes and spend them as you use the service.

  • Free accounts: up to 5 videos per week, sources up to 10 minutes, and one exportable video with a watermark.
  • Paid accounts: minutes are deducted per minute of source video, on successful runs only. Sources up to 60 minutes, no weekly cap, and downloads without a watermark.
  • Failed runs: if a run does not complete, the minutes it reserved are returned to your balance.
  • Validity: purchased minutes remain usable for 12 months from the date they are credited.
  • Refunds: unused minutes are non-refundable except where required by law. If minutes were credited in error, contact us and we will correct the balance.

Payments are currently made by UPI transfer and credited once confirmed, usually within a few hours. We will notify you before changing rates.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrameForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
